[TYPO3-UG Dutch] curl problemen met TER in typo 3 BE

Hallo,

ik kan blijkbaar mijn TER lijst niet updaten, ik krijg steeds volgende 
errors, en de lijst zegt dan wel dat hij geupdate is, maar de extensies 
zijn niet de laatste versies..

errors:

iemand een idee, wat de optimale settings hiervoor zijn?
