[TYPO3-UG Australia] typo3 3.8.1 - 4.0 - pages disappeared

fixed :)

I checked that the index.php in the root, typo3 and typo3/install folders
were correct, and changed the commenting out of the die line - I had used //
not /* */

The silly little mistakes make all the difference...
