[Typo3-UG Australia] Intro

one of the problems i have had with that site is locking the client in 
to the design and layout guidelines specified.
hence, the css has been butchered and shown no respect and as for image 
uploads  :)

thanks for pointing it out - i'll drop them an email and make some 
suggestions :)
