[TYPO3-translators] creating extension XLIFF files

Hello,

We are currently running on TYPO3 6.2.x and have several homegrown extensions with local lang files which need to be converted to XLIFF for translation on a Pootle server. There was an extenions back in 4.5.x which did this translation from standard local lang files(xml) to XLIFF. Is there such a tool for 6.2?  Many thanks in advance.
