[TYPO3-translators] Update of language files from repository

I´d like to bring this up again. Do not have a solution for that.
What do I have to do that the default language file would be updated from 
the repository or SVN?

Hi all,

I´ve  recently uploaded a new version of my extesion 'th_rating' which
contains some new entries in locallang.
All these new entries do not come up for translation in the frontend of the
translation server.
Do I have to do something the update the base langugae file on the
translation server?
