[TYPO3-translators] INFO: Asking for new extensions/update of language packs

from my point of view importing it once sounds good.
Remids me also to remove the german translation from my ext ;-)

I thought about it, I did not test but I suspect this should be feasible
but I would only do it once when first importing the extension and not
while updating it from TER since it would override possible other
translations and as soon as the extension is handled on Pootle,
translation files should be removed from the extension itself.
