[TYPO3-translators] INFO: Asking for new extensions/update of language packs

Dominique created a script to automate the process quite some months
ago, unfortunately it was only 98% ready and in the mean time it did not
take time on Pootle again. I just had a look, adapted it, made it 100%
ready and went over open tickets.
