[TYPO3-translators] Japanese - After fetching the update all not translated labels are empty

Hello,

I guess this is quite urgent, after fetching Japanese Language update,
all not translated labels in the standard form and comments turn out
empty. I have tested this on a second installation and it was the same
result. I guess some values on the translation server are empty but get
fetched to typo3 and replace the default english with empty content.
