[TYPO3-translators] Request for new project toctoc_comments

Hello 

 

I would like to request to open a new project for extensionkey
toctoc_comments.

It’s already translated in German and French, but more languages are needed
– also the translations are distributed still as zip-files and I would like
to come up to the standards asap J
