[TYPO3-translators] Suggestions and translation team

Hi,

I've suggested some translations for my language (italian) at 
http://translation.typo3.org, then i saw the Translation Workflow at 
http://wiki.typo3.org/Translation and the possibility to be a translation team member

i've tried to contact by e-mail the person who appears to be the "language administrator" 
(stefano?), with no result...any hint or contact in this case ?
