[TYPO3-translators] Where is the information

There's a translation team project on Forge, this is the best way to
open tickets, it allows everyone in the team to have a look:

I don't exactly know the process (I mean "administrative") of promoting
someone administrator of a language but everyone should be able to
suggest in any language, is that not the case for you? It requires
"admin" access to a language in order to "accept" and commit a
suggestion and it makes sense only a few [very] active persons (should
be the case) per language may do that; that's the general idea.

The translations should be automatically packaged daily at some point
during the night, then synchronized to all mirrors and thus be available
for everybody the next morning. If your changes do not pop up, then it's
likely that the packaging script still (!) has some flaws.

Please tell us an example of such a label (language/file) which is still
not yet available.
