[TYPO3-translators] Automatic import of extensions

Hi Dominique and the rest of the translation team,

I recall the plan to automatically import extenions after upload to TER.

What is the state of this aim? I see this an important point, enabling
our community to translate basically everything.
The current state with making requests to install and update
translations is IMHO not satisfying.

So I would be happy to see the efforts for improving of the
translation workflows in our community being continued!

If you need a notification, when a new extensions is uploaded, you
could get in touch with the documentation team (Martin Bless). There
is a message queue service being built up, which notifies the doc
rendering after a patch is pushed to gerrit. I'd be happy to see such
 central message hub also for TER uploads and a listener for translation.
