[TYPO3-translators] Translation in italian language

Hi Federico,

Creating a pseudo reply from your post as you did not create a new
thread but instead hit the "reply" button from the Afrikaans-related
thread and manually changed the subject. Please don't next time ;-)

I see T3Registration but it does not follow the naming rule we have for
non-Core extensions (they should start with "TYPO3.TYPO3.ext."). I don't
remember the idea behind importing an extension and suffixing the
version number as it's the case with T3Registration. As such, I won't
add Italian to it until Dominique explains again why it is done so.
