[TYPO3-translators] "Weired" terms in terminology.po

Here are some more that we might not need in the TYPO3 terminology:

- Input/Output (Each term is in the list)
- instruction pointer
- Kernel
- line arguments
- linear transfer

- Mail to
It is described as a protocol designator; in this context it is even 
wrong. It should be "mailto:" And this must not be translated.

- Main body
- Man Pages
- Modem
- obligue (a term used in combination with fonts)
- Orthflow (I did not find anything about it; what is it?)
- Pipe
- point to
- Polyline
- Post Office
- Post processor
- power management
- Private Messages
- Propagation
- Radio
- Regression Analysis
