[TYPO3-translators] History of translations?

Hi,

is there a way to find out the translation history? Who changed what?

If there's no such feature, what about implementing a Git-based 
versioning? I don't know, if there's a kind of hook in Pootle, which 
would enable to do a commit on a saved change.

I find that pretty important to see, what has been changed lately.
