[TYPO3-translators] Public Beta of the new translation server

We are not ready actually to import new extension on Pootle. We are 
working on script to import extension directly from TER, but it's not 
validated actually.

Now we need to finish the synchronisation with the TER for the language 
pack, and the next step is the import/update of extension.
