[TYPO3-translators] New translation server (pootle)

Hi,

A lots of thing happen around the translation for TYPO3. The support to 
XLIFF has been added to the 4.6 (and will be backported to 4.5).

Actually we are working on the next generation translation server. After 
some problem with performance, the setup run correctly now. The server 
is always closed because we need to be sure that everything work 
correctly before set this server as production ready.

Please check this project and subscribe to it if your are intersted (you 
need to have an account on typo3.org to subscribe to a projet on forge).

Before pushing the new pootle server in production, we will start with a 
short beta period. For this period, we some of you who have time during 
the week-end (we plan to open the translation server next week if 
everything work) to test the new pootle server.

If you are intersted in beta testing, please contact me directly, I will 
send you the procedure to login on the pootle server.
