[TYPO3-translators] Warning: translation server is broken

Hi!

After updates to the latest trunk translation server is broken. I know how
to fix it but I do not have sufficient rights. I will send an e–mail to
server administration team and we all need to wait until they fix it. It is
a simple copy/paste fix in the server configuration files, so should not
take long.
