[TYPO3-translators] TYPO3 4.3

Hi everybody,

we have a tight time schedule for the last steps in TYPO3 4.3:
  * TYPO3 4.3-beta3: November 6th 2009 (today)
  * TYPO3 4.3-RC1: November 16th 2009 (a bit more than a week from now)
  * TYPO3 4.3.0: November 28th 2009

So, I hope that translations can be finished for the final release.
