[TYPO3-translators] Upgrade to 4.3

Hi everybody!

I plan to upgrade TYPO3 to 4.3 on the translation server today at aproximately 16:00 CET. After that I will install all extensions that you asked to install and freshen existing extensions. I will also send a new Slovenian password to Boris Saletic. During the upgrade server can be temporarily unavailable.
