[TYPO3-translators] Registering extensions for translation

Hi,

I would like to have the following extensions registered for translation :
sav_library
sav_library_extends
sav_jpgraph
sav_filter_abc
sav_filter_selectors
sav_filter_months
sav_filter_pageaccess

Currently they are availbale through the TER with English and French 
locallang and csh files. I recently received an email forn a Deutch 
whose has translated several of this extensions. How should I proceed 
now ? Documentation and the  TYPO3 translation website are not very 
clear about that.
