[TYPO3-translators] TYPO3 wiki encoding problems and install extensions

Hello Mr.Panagiotis,

I think that it's wiki site is based on "Latin1 ISO" and please
post this kind of information to TYPO3 mailing list 
"typo3.projects.documentation". Someone support it....
