[TYPO3-translators] Many translations in czech

Hello,
in a project we build a community on praque.
Therefore many translator translated such stuff as mm_forum and many 
other extension to cz (with llxml).
This - for shure - happened directly in the BE of the used installation.

Since translators have been payed to translate such things we want to 
provide the work to typo3 community.

Following extensions have been installed (and so translated too) - the 
"non-public" and sysexts I removed:

How to "proceed" if their is any interesst in this translations...
