[TYPO3-translators] German translations for vge_tagcloud and efafontsize

Hi all,

Extensions vge_tagcloud and efafontsize have just been added to the 
translation server. They already contain German translations in their 
locallang files, so could someone from the German team just generate the 
l10n files for these, please?
