[TYPO3-translators] Translation of sr_feuser_register

Hello,

I can't find this option, maybe i look the wrong place??

I have tried to go to the Ext-manager and click at the specific plugin,
and i hoped that the function was in the dropdown where to select
"edit","Backup" etc.

Any hints?
