[TYPO3-translators] Turkish translation Team

Hi all,

I am a translator member of Turkish languge. If there is no chef translator
available for typo3  turkish translation team , (actually in wiki page I
haven't seen any official team for it),  I would like to take this
responsibility and build up a new translation team.
