[TYPO3-translators] Turkish

Dear List,

I want to contribute to Typo3 by offering some turkish translation work.

I tried this translation extension, but I don't really think, it is
up-to-date.

I tried to show english and german translation at once, so that my
translator has two examples, what should be translated. Is this better in
the framework and who can give me access to it?
