[TYPO3-translators] a4n_edit_locallang ?

I'm a new translator..

It's possible to install "a4n_edit_locallang" extension on translation's 
server ? it's a nice extension for translate.

Also it's possible to have a mount point for french translation ONLY ! Because 
there are lot of page on this server in several language !!
