[TYPO3-translators] Translation Server down until Wednesday

Hi guys,

due to the server outage at our hosting provider, the translation server 
will be unavailable until Wednesday this week.

It is hosted at the same server as the 5.0 development server, so for 
updates, watch the news on news.typo3.org.
