[TYPO3-translators] New extension static_info_tables_ga for galician language

Thank you very much.

I have been checking the changes and I found that the line:
'ga' => 'gl'
doesn't exist into the $isoArray.

You can see this at line 517 in class.t3lib_cs.php
(http://typo3.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/typo3/TYPO3core/trunk/t3lib/class.t3lib_cs.php?view=markup).

The diff lines:
         'ua' => 'uk',
         'jp' => 'ja',
         'vn' => 'vi',
+        'ga' => 'gl',
     );
