[TYPO3-translators] Translation server online again!

Hello everybody,

I am happy to announce that the translation server is back online after
the long outage.
You can reach the server as usual at http://translation.typo3.org .

Synchronization with typo3.org is not working yet, but this will be up
and running at latest on Tuesday.

It seems that some labels are still missing, and during the next days we
are searching our backups to check if we can merge them again.
