There was a concept of "chief translator" some time ago, who was the 
final authority for the specific language. Not sure who was it for 
Lithuanian but for latvian it is Karsten Dambekalns and for Russian it 
is Andreas Schwarzkopf (hope, sirname is spelled correctly).
