[TYPO3-translators] extensions at translation server

hello

is this possible to have DAM and TV available as extensions at 
translation server?

Right now it seems like only language files are added or those 
extensions are installed but access to use them is not granted to 
translators group.

It is always way more convenient to translate and see the effects in 
action. Right now it is not possible.
