[TYPO3-translators] Help translating Typo3

Hi everybody on the list,

First of all, I would like to thank all the people already involved in the
Typo3 development.

I've made a (maybe to quick) search in the typo3.org website and was not
able to find how to help the translation team.

Can someone help me? I would be happy to help translate the Typo3 BE. It
still lacks many french translations.
