[TYPO3-translators] New Translation server

Hi guys,

as Kasper is buys with family and other stuff at the moment, he asked
Sebastian, Stucki and me to take care of the translation server.

So we have now moved it to another location at:
http://217.29.33.86/translation/typo3/

That server will soon be available at the subdomain
translation.typo3.org as well.

If you find any bugs or annoyances, please post them here.
