[TYPO3-translators] availability of translations

Hi everyone,

I just found out that apparently, the new translations are not
available on all TER mirrors. So far I had used the mirror of Mittwald
Medien GmbH (DE mirror 2) because my TYPO3 projects are hosted there. I
just tried the main repository at punkt.de and -- lo and behold! --
it's all there!

So it appears that the problem is not the translation server but the
TER mirroring process.
