[TYPO3-translators] extension3 template is broken

The <extension3>commerce</extension3> used there, generates a 
non-sensical link.

. . . at least . . . it did this morning, now it all looks fine . . .

Strange.

Will report back with a reproducible setup if I see it fail again.
