[TYPO3-translators] Warnings

Hi list,

On the translation server . . .  to reduce static / clutter . . .

Please turn off php warnings: 
http://translation.typo3.org/typo3conf/l10n/status.html

Please turn off debugging on submit of translations. (the 'saving 
messages'). A better option would be to put the saving messages in a 
separate div which can be folded out if one wants to, but it should be 
folded in by default.
