[TYPO3-translators] New extension static_info_tables_ga for galician language

Hi people,

Some time ago (3 months aprox.) I sent out to Kasper and other guy (I
can't remember now and I don't have access to my outbox right now) a
patch file adding the Galician language for 4.0.6 and 4.1.1 . I have not
tested if they were included in the 4.1.2 release, but you should check
it out.
