[TYPO3-translators] New bugtracker project for translation errors

Hey translators!

I have just created a new bugtracker project "Translation & 
Internationalization" where users can submit translation mistakes to.

Please have a look at it.

There is also the possibility that you can assign issues to yourself. In this 
case, please just send me your bugtracker username.
