[TYPO3-translators] Translation of extensions: how to proceed?

Hi translation team,

I have a few extensions with language files now converted to xml format.

These include:

direct_mail
sr_feuser_register
sr_email_subscribe
sr_sendcard
sr_freecap
sr_quicktime

I would like to know how I can make these extensions available to translators on the translation server?
And how to recover the updated language files for inclusion in the extension packages?
