[TYPO3-workspace] Moving Localized records

Hi,

I was wondering if a core developer could look at this bug for us:
http://forge.typo3.org/issues/24804

It has been around for quite some time, it creates quite some extra 
admin work to fix the issues created by this bug for editors on our 
multilingual websites, I was hoping something could be done in time for 
the next minor release of TYPO3 4.5
