[TYPO3-typo3org] Who has the doc_tut_quickstart_nl key?

Hi all,

Tonight I tried to register the doc_tut_quickstart_nl extension key, for 
releasing a translation of the Getting Started tutorial, but the key is 
already taken. Can someone tell me who has it?

It's never been published to TER, so I can't find it that way.

Should the owner of the key read that message, could you please transfer 
the key to the "docteam" user? Or get in touch with me?
