[TYPO3-typo3org] Forge Activity not up to date

Hi folks,

I was used to commit code to the forge
repository with subversion and within
minutes it showed up in the activity tab.

Additionally if the commit messages was
something like "Fixes #12345" the mentioned
ticket was closed automatically.

Since some weeks (or maybe a lot longer) it
takes significantly more time; I think it
can take up to some hours until commits
show up in the activity tab.

Is this known or intended?
