[TYPO3-typo3org] Transfer of extension key requested

Hi,

I'm working with ws_banner for somewhat a year and I really like it.

Now I decided to make a little enhancement and talked to the author, Luke 
Chiam (luke(a)webesse.com) that maybe he wants to publish it in the next 
version of the extension. He wrote that he isn't in TYPO3 anymore and I 
shall do that ...

Can you transfer the key to user "mpunktw" please?
