I suggest that you have a look at the current state of TER2 [1], because some 
buttons and lists have been removed (like reviewed extensions for example). 
When you know that state, it would be great if you could create a mockup for 
your suggestions. I'm willing to implement some new features for ther initial 
release of TER2 but what I need for it are ready-made HTML templates with 
styles etc. in place so I only have to do the programming part.

I welcome any discussion about how we can restructure the TER frontend. It 
would be perfect if we could think about a new design and structure and have 
it finished at the same time with the new typo3.org design.
