hi!
would it be possible to extend the TER in this way that you may enter 
changelog data in the "Edit" section?
the reason for this: if you upload documentation via TER, old changelog info 
gets overriden, i.e. such info may only be submitted when you upload an 
extension from your dev system. and as you all know, the file size 
limitation for submitted extensions is set to 100kb (compressed), but 
especially documentation tends to exceed this limit easily.
