[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #13261: extension load order might prevent wizardItems from extensions

Problem:
Due to the fact that other extensions might be loaded before templavoila 
their additions to the wizardItems TSConfig might not show up.

Solution:
The attached patch uses "addToList()" assignments instead of absolute 
ones. Having this in places keeps existing values in places.

Additonal information:
Annother solution would be to use "...show = *" on these places - but 
I'm not sure why this didn't happen in the first places therefore I kept 
the list.
