[TYPO3-team-templavoila] FYI: #14082: specialDoktype handling for doktype 2 obsolete

Hi,

FYI: the attached patch was committed to trunk (rev. 32157).

The handling for doktype 2 was obsolete because:
1) doktype "2" was removed in earlier versions of typo3
2) the "content_from_pid" is rendered anyways
