Hi,

the following patch was committed to trunk, rev 27101

Problem:
In TV page module, the drag&drop function of page contents doesn't work 
if <beLayout> is used in the DS XML of a template.

Thanks to Marc Ehret for the patch, i only used CGL and made it 
multiline for better readability.
